Objectives of the Ministry of Information Communication and Technology (MoICT)

A.     Review and develop the legislative and organizational environments of the ICT and Postal sectors to achieve the ICT policy objectives, for the three sectors.

B.     Enhance and strengthen the utilization of ICT applications in order to contribute to the Socio - economic development of the country.

C.     Reform and Develop the Postal Sector.

D.     Contribute to the creation of a competitive environment to encourage investments in the ICT and Postal sectors.

E.      Participate and contribute to the successful implementation of programs and action plans that aim at enhancing the performance and efficiency of the public sector.

F.      Provide advanced communication networks to support the education and public sectors.

G.     Sustain continuous improvement for the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MoICT).
